This 11,000 square foot contemporary office facility, located in the Palm Bluffs development, takes advantage of its orientation with large expanses of glass to capture the morning sun and the northern skies.  Architectural metal siding was utilized to create a high-tech image as well as to respond to the contextual elements of the area’s agrarian past. 

The interior spaces utilize quality materials to provide an upscale image while remaining accessible and flexible to allow for the future growth of the firm.  The location presented some interesting design challenges as the site occupied in-fill land. Long-term settlement and methane gas control and venting had to be considered and addressed.  The end result is an innovative blend of traditional and contemporary architecture which set the tone for the surrounding area.
