For this country club in Northeast Fresno, S.I.M. Architects designed a new 25,000 square foot, two-story club house facility to replace an aging existing structure.  The new structure includes banquet rooms, dining facilities, meeting rooms, a bar and men’s and women’s lounges. The project was completed within a modest budget and on an accelerated schedule.  It serves as the beautiful centerpiece of this elite golf club.
