Sequoia Beverage
Visalia, CA.

This award winning project was praised for its level of quality design especially considering its limited budget. The project consisted of a
75,000 s.f. distribution warehouse strategically connected to 15,000 s.f. of management offices, hospitality room, dispatch area, office pool and an interior courtyard. The courtyard is not only a focal point for the offices but acts as a light shaft distributing natural light to the interior reaches of the building. .

The neo-classical styling displayed on the exterior is achieved through use of broad cantilevered cornices, a "rusticated" wainscot base and
massive ionic light columns. The placement of the office building and several screen walls help disguise the metal distribution building to the rear
and provides for several nice exterior courtyards.
