With some of the most spectacular views in the San Joaquin Valley, this 
client was not only concerned with taking advantage of these views but also
with the house and its landscaping blending comfortably into the natural
setting. Atop an east-west ridge the house rises out of the granite stone
outcroppings with its own granite entry tower. The rear deck and pool yard
gracefully fit into the mountain bluff and their low profile allows for views of
the table-top mountains and valleys miles away. The view is almost equally
exciting from all rooms including the guest rooms and living area.

The interiors are a mix of exciting tall volumns and rich, warm materials. The
kitchen has the warm cozy feeling of a French country cottage, while the great 
room rises almost thirty feet and is beautifully supported by heavy beams and
columns.
