For this 9,500 S.F. administration office remodel, S.I.M. was responsible for everything from initial design. The existing spaces which had been sublet to several tenants was gutted in its entirety except for a vaulted skylight atrium. The new plan was organized around this atrium area and used as a focal point. The clients wish for a clean corporate look and feel was achieved through use of a rich, neutral color palette, enduring materials and strong dynamic volumns.

Another important aspect of this design was for the need for flexibility to add and change the number and location of several work stations. This was successfully accomplished by creating a centralized open area that was fitted with modular work stations. This not only gave them the current relationship adjacencies they need but also easily conforms to new configurations in the future.
