S.I.M. Architects was challenged by the client as well as the community to design a facility that would make a positive statement and create interest in developing the southern end of downtown Kerman. The 23,000 s.f. building, housing the high-tech corporation, required careful and sensitive blending of forms and materials to create an image that would properly represent the company but yet remain contextural in its setting. S.I.M. was able to incorporate design elements from the previous building on that site as well as other downtown turn-of-the-century buildings to create the strong, corporate image.
