For this small commercial retail center in the mountain community of Oakhurst, S.I.M. Architects placed three separate buildings on the steeply sloping site. The site featured several large rock outcroppings and mature trees that were to be incorporated into the design. The challenge was to design an efficient retail center without destroying the natural beauty of the site. The results were quite successful. The rustic style design featured wooden storefronts, stone columns, and an outdoor deck connecting two of the buildings. 

The 11,000 S.F. retail center blends well with the surrounding characteristics. The "Mountain Architecture" style enhances the overall design theme of the Oakhurst community.
