S.I.M. Architects provided a conceptual design of the proposed Isnardi Genetic Center for fund-raising purposes. The Center is to built in conjunction with the new Science Building at the $90 million Central California Science Center located on the CSUF campus. The hi-tech building, designed with a contemporary flair, will serve to provide the education and research for the molecular aspects of life.

The Center will contain exhibits and hands-on experiments for K-12 and University students as well as any citizen who would like to learn and appreciate how genetics impacts upon our life and our society. Students will have the opportunity not only to walk through a giant DNA molecule and fully understand its structure and chemical components, but will also be able to tour through the inside structure and functions of the cell.
