For this country club in Northeast Fresno, S.I.M. designed a new 25,000
square foot, two-story club house facility to replace an aging existing structure.
The new facility includes banquet rooms, dining facilities, meeting rooms,
a bar, and men's and women's lounges. The project was completed within a modest budget
and on an accelerated schedule.
