Adishian Residence
Fresno, CA.

An angular cul-de-sac lot with views in two different directions was the stimulus for the skewed garage and master bedroom wing. This angled layout created a very dynamic entry court and helped maximize the outdoor useable areas. A rich and timeless "Italian Villa" image was created with simple detailing that gives the 5,300 s.f. house a contemporary look,  while evoking a feeling of  years past.

The interiors follow suite with a light and airiness associated with newer contemporary homes and materials and
detailing that give the feeling of traditional permanence. The master suite is luxuriously assembled with a fireplace, spacious bathing area, and a weight room with views of the neighboring park.
